IMPORTANT INFORMATION
● All Mouse Ears are made to order (see processing times below).
● Please be aware that colours may differ slightly on each monitor/screen.
● Each pair is carefully made using hot glue and sewing.
● Most ears will fit either an adult or a child over 5 years.
● Each headband is lightweight, comfortable and flexible. It is covered with fabric and lined with a velvet ribbon.

What is your processing/turnaround time?

All Mouse Ears are handmade to order and the current turnaround times is between 4 and 5 weeks. Please therefore plan accordingly.  

Please note this is how long it will take to make your order and ship and does not include the actual delivery time.  
Why is your processing/turnaround time so long?  

I can only work on orders around my regular day job so on weekends and some evenings. I have limited time each week to make orders.
What if I need my Ears sooner than the stated processing/turnaround time? 

Unfortunately due to my circumstances I am unable to accommodate a quicker turnaround time. I am not able to offer a rush service.
Do you ship internationally?

I currently ship to Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Japan. Shipping to the USA is temporarily paused and I am unable to ship to the EU and Northern Ireland.  Please be aware that you may have to pay custom charges on receipt of your package and these are the sole responsibility of the customer.  Please see the Shipping Policy for more information including shipping methods and delivery times.  
Do you accept custom orders?

I do not accept custom orders
Can I change the design on the ears?

Designs cannot be changed.

I can change the bow colour or trim colour. But please do not be offended if I say no if I do not think that particular colour will go with the design!
Can I order ears without a bow?

Definitely! Just add a note to your order.
Do your Mouse Ears fit children?

Yes. They will fit both children and adults comfortably.  However I wouldn’t advise them for children under the ages of 5-6 as the headbands may slide off. Parental discretion should be used.
Are your Mouse Ears comfortable? 

Yes, I have many customer reviews that confirm this.  The bands I use are very flexible and therefore not tight around the head and behind the ears.  They are covered with fabric and lined with a velvet ribbon.
