Refund policy

Returns and Exchanges
All items are made to order and therefore I cannot accept any returns or exchanges.  All sales are final.  

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, along with clear photographic evidence.  On inspection, if I offer a replacement, I will need the original item returning to me before the replacement is sent.

Cancellations
Cancellations must be made within 14 days - no exceptions.  

Refunds
I do not process refunds as all orders are made to order.
