Shipping policy

Orders are sent on or as soon as is practicable after the 21st day of the processing time. 

What is your shipping method?
All orders are sent via Royal Mail.

UK Customers
There are several options for UK customers:
Tracked 48 (set as the standard option)
Tracked 24
Signed For Second Class
Signed For First Class

Delivery times are estimated at 1-5 working days depending on the option of shipping you have chosen. 

International Orders
All orders are sent international signed and tracked only.  This is quite expensive but gives me as the seller and you as the customer peace of mind as your order can be tracked from the moment it is shipped.  Delivery times are estimated as follows:

Europe - 5-7 working days
Worldwide - 7-21 working days

The above are only time estimates and some international postage can take a several weeks to arrive so please allow more time for your order to arrive.

Customs delays are not in my control and I cannot be held responsible for these.  

Please also be aware that you may have to pay custom charges on receipt of your package and these are the sole responsibility of you, the customer.
